I have plenty of bad habits, and hardly a drop of will power to shake them - but the one I wish I had an ounce of control over is the habit of trying to start new habits. I am always cooking up something new I want to do in my head, whether it is a new workout routine, eating better, dressing differently, and I take it to the extreme. Now starting new good habits is not a fault . . . but I get pretty gungho. I usually spend money on this new habit, and then I don't follow through with it. So I guess it is two bad habits there.
