1.) "Falling Slowly" Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova ... I fell in love with these people when I saw the movie Once

2.) "Simple As It Should Be" Tristan Prettyman ... the jury is out on this girl

3.) "1984" Anais Mitchell ... I LOVE ANAIS MITCHELL! Every song on this album is magnificent. This song actually motivated me to read 1984 when I wasn't reading anything at all.

4.) "Look On and Cry" Crooked Still ... like it, haven't heard any other song by them

5.) "Money Maker" Ludacris ... don't judge me

6.) "One" U2 ... the first time I heard this song was when Steven sang it somewhere

7.) "It's Okay, Try Again" The Shins (Yo Gabba Gabba! Soundtrack) ... actually this is a pretty hip song

8.) "Bye-Lo" The Innocence Mission ... I pretty much hate everything by The Innocence Mission except for their lullaby CD which Davie and I love.

9.) "Gotta Have You" The Weepies ... a great band, and a greater song

10.) "When You Come Back Down" Nickel Creek ... an old favorite

How the hell can you hate the Innocence Mission? You need therapy.

A) I do need therapy, but not for my taste in music.
B) Hate is a strong word. I don't hate them, I just don't choose to listen to them . . . ever.
C) I think the reason is her voice just hasn't grown on me. It is perfect for lullabies, but I'm just not a fan otherwise.
